City of Orono's Updated Response to Coronavirus (COVID-19)
The City of Orono takes the COVID-19 pandemic very seriously and is proactively working to minimize public health risk by following the recommended guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Prevention and the Minnesota Department of Health.
We prioritize the health and well-being of our residents, visitors and staff. The City Hall lobby has reopened, and the staff is here to provide the customer service you have grown to expect. Communications that can be done by phone or email is preferred, but when you need to come in to City Hall, we have made some changes to protect everyone. We have propped the door open for ease of access, installed plexiglass at the counters, and we clean and sanitized on a regular basis.
