Required Inspections

Note: Inspections are not done without a permit.

Scheduling Inspections

Once a permit is obtained, depending on the type of permit, you may need one inspection or several. Please refer to the list of required inspections (PDF). It is the responsibility of the contractor or homeowner to schedule inspections.

Generally inspections can be scheduled within 24 to 48 hours, but during the busy times of the year it may be longer before an inspector is available. Contact the Administration Department to schedule an inspection.
